Nice apartment and I'd happily stay here again
Positive: Clear instructions for accessing the apartment.
Nice apartment which is in quite a nice location and very near Liverpool Street station.
Negative: There was an incident with the window which could have injured us. It was rectified swiftly but it would have been nice to have received an apology.
